Signature Gatherer/ Form Collator

An economical and highly productive machine for inserting printed or unprinted folder signatures into each other.

SPECIAL FEATURES:

The gathering and wire-stitching machine comprises of the following functional groups:
 I  Counter and belt delivery
 I  Collator
 I  Can be extended to eight auto-feeders.
 I  Ejector is attached to the machine, which is essential. It would not allow any single signature to the delivery belt.

In the horizontal format, feeders can be loaded easily and quickly.

Signature racks provide quick identification and verification of proper signature loading.
Easy-maintenance, heavy-duty three-knife trimmer
Hand wheel adjustments on the three-knife trimmer enable quick makeready.
   
   
 
Outstanding features provide quick and simple makeready and changeovers with minimal material spoilage
Safe Operation
Electrically-interlocking safety guards are installed on the clear protective covers on each feeder.
